Turkish Ceramics Federation's 11th General Assembly is going to be held on 6th July 2023 in TSF's Istanbul Atasehir office.
TSF's foundations was established with Ceramics and Refractories Manufacturers Association that's founded in 1986 in Ankara to unite the manufacturing establishments in Turkish ceramics sector. In 1993, the association's head office was removed from Ankara to Istanbul and became more efficient and productive with the amendments made in its' regulations. Causes like Turkish Ceramics Sector reaching high scales, necessity to get integrated with the world, diversified the problems, concerns and areas of engagement of the sub-sectors under the Association's roof. In 2002, leading companies representing the ceramic tile, vitrified product, refractories and raw material manufacturers, united under a roof. Today, member associations of the federation are comprised of Ceramic Tile Manufacturers Association (SERKAP), Ceramic Sanitary Ware Manufacturers Association (SERSA), Ceramics and Refractories Manufacturers Association (SEREF), Ceramics, Glass and Cement Raw Materials Manufacturers Association (SERHAM), Plumbing and Building Materials Suppliers Association (TIMDER), Turkish Ceramics Society (TSD) and Eskisehir Bilecik Kutahya Ceramic Business Cluster Association (EBK).
TSF's Board of Directors Chairman duty was assumed by Adnan Polat between 2002-2008, Zeynep Bodur Okyay between 2008-2013 and Ahmet Tahsin Yamaner between 2013-2017. Erdem Cenesiz is continuing his office in this duty since 2017.
