Seranit, which was founded in 1992 as Turkiye's first porcelain factory and today operates in 60 countries with nearly 300 sales points, opened its new showroom in Baku Ataturk Prospekt in June.
The new showroom in Baku, built on an area of 1,600 square meters, exhibits Seranit's newest ceramic, bathroom and kitchen products. A wide range of products such as ceramic tiles, bathroom furniture, sanitary ware, armatures and kitchen cabinets are introduced in the showroom.
Among those who attended the opening were Chief Commercial Counselors Ahmet Erdal, Yakup Sefer, Murat Yaman, Azerbaijan Turkiye Businessmen's Association (ATIB) Deputy Chairman Tahsin Gundem, MUSİAD President Resat Cinarli, Seranit Chairman Avni Celik, Seranit Board Member Fatih Kivanc and Kızılbuk GYO Board Member and General Manager Mahmut Sefa Celik was present.
Increases its power in international markets
In his speech at the opening, Seranit Chairman Avni Celik said: “This new showroom we opened in Baku is an important step that reinforces the global vision of our brand. As Seranit, we continue our worldwide growth targets without slowing down with our products that represent quality and innovation. We believe that such investments will make a great contribution to our brand and our country. Our goal is to consolidate our leading position in the industry as a global brand." Stating that as Seranit, another prominent strategy in the global market is localization, Celik said; “By accurately analyzing the needs and expectations of local markets, we develop special products for these markets. "This approach makes us an internationally preferred brand."
Stating that they are in the public offering application process, Seranit Board Member Fatih Kivanc said: “Within the scope of our international growth strategies, we have determined countries such as Germany, France, the United States, Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates as priority target markets. Our IPO plan will be an important milestone in Seranit's sustainable growth journey and will offer us the opportunity to expand into new markets, increase our production capacity and accelerate technological innovations. Our stores, which will be opened in Baku and Frankfurt in 2024, will be a part of our regional leadership strategy."
Seranit aims to increase the number of dealers to 85 and to increase the number of warehouses abroad by the end of 2024. These expansion plans will be supported by the resources the company will obtain during the IPO process.
